If you follow my Instagram profile @ajdasitar, you probably noticed that I got two John Frieda Full Repair line products to test a few weeks ago. It says: “revives overstyled hair – for damage from heat and colour” and that sounds like the perfect line of hair products, a lot of us are craving for.

What they say at John Frieda?
Full Repair hair care is a transformative line of salon-inspired products with Inca Inchi Oil (rich in omega-3) that weightlessly repairs brittle, damaged hair with every use. Full Body Shampoo reverses the look and feel of damaged hair with every use as it weightlessly restores bounce for full, flowing styles. It detangles strands, reducing the risk of braking and snagging when combing or brushing. It is safe for color and chemically-treated hair. The other product I got is the Deep Conditioner that aims to restore and strengthen hair. It actually is a mask that penetrates deep and makes hair become silky and full.

What do I say?
Not only was I super excited to try these two products, but a lot of my friends were waiting for a review. Why? Because it promises much and the price is reasonable. I must say these are the kind of products that really work. The packaging is really nice – I especially like the shampoo’s one which comes in a plastic tube; the Deep Condioner (I’m not sure whether I should call it mask or a conditioner, it’s somewhere in between) one is a bit less practical – it comes in a screw top tub. However, the products work together perfectly – I actually don’t need to add any additional product (like some sort of oil or spray; but I mainly use it anyway). You actually don’t use much, because the shampoo is quite foamable and the conditioner is easy to apply evenly. The smell is nothing special, at least to me. My hair is silky, healthy and soft – pretty amazing. I don’t have super damaged hair (mainly because I have an amazing hairdresser), but I can totally see the difference – especially at the ends which are usually dry. My hair is a bit dry, long, coloured and occasionally exposed to heat and other unwanted factors that damage it (I work as a model from time to time). In my opinion this is not a product for greasy hair, but for those who want to prevent damage from ironing, blowdrying, colouring etc. (super damaged hair has only one option – cutting).

When it comes to Fall and Winter colors, I’ve always had an enourmous crush on forest green. Therefore, this outfit post is fully dedicated to different shades of it. My boyfriend bought me this Mango coat a while ago and I really love it. It’s a perfect transition piece of my wardrobe and the color is just amazing. These cute little birds on my shirt really make the whole appearance a bit more vintage. If you take a closer look, you can spot birds on my watch as well. Miniwatch gives great attention to detail. The whole outfit was given a modern touch with my new La Filles Des Fluers bag.

When it comes to covering blemishes and other unwanted irregularities on my face, I usually go for a concealer. I came by a few really good ones, but that’s a topic for some other time and post. This one is dedicated to a very special one – Vichy Normaderm drying and concealing anti-imperfection stick is a 2 in 1 product, it covers blemishes and makes sure they disappear.

What they say at Vichy?
Normaderm drying and concealing anti-imperfection stick with lipo-hydroxy acid has blemish targeted effect. It dries blemishes out and makes them disappear with a natural camouflage effect. It has a 2-in-1 action to tackle imperfections – concealer + care. Imperfections appear less visible. Its small size makes it ideal for targenting impefections throughout the day, wherever you are. It is hypoallergenic and tested under dermatological control on sensitive skin. Available in one shade only.

What do I say?
The product comes in a plastic pencil with rotating mechanism. You don’t need fingers to apply, so it’s much more hygienic. The application is precise and the applicator is quite thin. It really does what it’s supposed to do. It doesn’t work as intense as Hyaluspot, but on the other hand it is more appropriate to take it with you and apply it throughout the whole day. In my opinion it’s only disadvantage is the fact that it comes in only one shade. People with pale skin like me would need to apply a foundation afterwards, because the shade of the stick is a bit dark (orange-rose tone). However, it covers the blemishes great and dries them out as well. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I would say it’s perfect for those who are looking for a concealer that also works against irregularities.

Price: around 10 € (0,25g)

I got the MeMeMe Shimmer Stack in Pink Zest a while ago from an online store Moja Drogerija. I lately have an enormous crush on blushes. This one is shimmery and actually is much more than that – you can use each of 5 shades as an individual eyeshadow as well. I have never tried MeMeMe products before, but I must say that they are pretty good!

What they say at MeMeMe?
MeMeMe Shimmer Stack is an absolute essential for every cosmetic collection. It comes in 3 different stacks – bronze, gold and pink one. Each stack contains 5 different shades of shimmer powder. They are perfect for illumination and definition for cheeks and eyes. It has a built in mirror which comes handy. You should sweep a large brush over the palette to create shimmering illumination and definition on cheek and brow bones or use each line of color as eyeshadow.

What do I say?

MeMeMe Shimmer Stack in Pink Zest is actually a dupe of Bobby Brown’s shimmer. It’s perfect for those who wouldn’t go for a pricey high end product and want to save some money. The packaging is nice and compact, but a bit large to take the product with you in a purse. I love its multi purpose – you can use it on your cheeks as blusher or highlighter or as eyeshadow on your eyes. The shimmery white is perfect for eye’s inner corners and to highlight the areas – on top of the cheekbones or to open the eyes. The pink shades are great for creating different eye make up looks. Even when it comes to using it as a blusher, you can choose which color you want to prevail. The pigmentation is great and the application lasts really long.

This time I decided to go for an oversized black and white striped shirt, which I paired with black skinny jeans and silver and rose gold accessories. I’m usually more of a one-color type when it comes to jewelry, but I decided to go for a change and I really like the final result. You’re definetly going to see more bold lips in the future. This color is just perfect for Autum days. The funniest thing about this outfit post is, that I actually went out wearing a trench coat. It turned out I didn’t need it. The whole day was really pleasant and I’m keeping my fingers crossed for more days like this in the future. Who doesn’t love warm Autum days and relaxing walks in the nature?
