The past week has been more or less hectic, at least for me. Besides my work and study obligations, I attended quite a few press events and visited some of the fashion shows within the Ljubljana Fashion Week. Today, I am sharing with you the outfits I wore on the third day – midi skirt by Slovenian designer Nina Mihoci, a basic Banana Republic shirt, accessorized with a thin scarf, my favourite (as seen many times before) crossbody bag, new Nicole Vienna watch and black pumps from Cinti. It’s rather simple, classic, but versatile at the same time. As you can see I also got the chance to test out the newest Huawei P9, which totally blew my mind away with it’s two amazing cameras. It’s not for sale yet (at least not in Slovenia), but I must say that I’m allready quite tempted to upgrade my P8 to this one.

khaki jumpsuit

One of my favourite picks this Spring is definitely this khaki jumpsuit from Promod. It’s a piece you can easily wear with sneakers, heels or (as I did) espadrilles. It flows with your own vibe, and is extremely comfortable and versatile. I will be wearing it through the Spring months, during Summer nights and all the way till Fall for sure. The button front allows it to be worn closed or loosely buttoned, rolling-up the sleeves and ankles gives it a relaxed vibe. Today, I mixed it with a white tailored jacket (in order to look a bit more smart and classic) and a soft suede roomy bag (in which I can fit in all stuff I need during my day).

Daniel Wellington watch

Lately my schedule has been extremely busy. The past few weeks have probably been one of the busiest in my life, this one continues the series of sleep deprivation and a lot of very-much-needed efficient time management. I relaunched my blog a few weeks back, had some exams at the university, attended my very first law competition (and won! Who would thought…), did my daily work as a beauty editor at Etiketa Magazin, attended some events and worked on exciting upcoming projects. I expect the following week to be as hectic as the previous one, I’ve got a lot of lectures to attend to, need to study for my exam on Friday, all while trying to squeeze in some time for the Ljubljana Fashion Week, some additional press events and errands. I think I’ve finally found a proper way how to manage my time through organization, prioritizing and scheduling (by no means being a Grand Master of my time, but I am getting there). I still take time for myself, watch a TV episode (or three) I’m loving at the moment or take a long bath, but still remembering to prioritize the important things. I’ve learnt, there’s no such thing as being “lucky” in a career, success isn’t something that happens over night. Great things happen when you work hard. After all, you only have one life – stop doubting, start doing, stop waiting for life to happen and stop comparing yourself to others. Start focusing on what you can do and how to do it. Step out of the comfort zone every now and then, it will help you grow as a person and it might open some additional doors for you as well. And above all, don’t forget to stay true to yourself when pursuing your dreams.

Great things happen when you work for them.

pastel lingerie

Hunting down clothing and shoes for the Spring season, I stopped and searched for the underneath as well. As pastels are such a big trend this time of the year, I opted for the soft pastel lingerie from Women’secret. I believe investing in some gorgeous lingerie is a necessity for any woman, it adds confidence and makes her feel even more feminine. I fell in love with this Women’s Secret lingerie set instantly, the pastel softness and lace detailing convinced me to try it on. It matches me perfectly and I know, I will be wearing it non-stop during the springtime months.

“Pretty pastel lingerie makes it all better.”

StellaSport bomber jacket

I announced my collaboration with Adidas a few days ago and I must say I am really excited to start our new project with the first event this week. Anyway, spring calls for some new sporty clothing. New running equipment always gives me motivation, same goes for my new StellaSport bomber jacket. Although it’s technically a sporty jacket, I also like to thrown it over a casual daily outfit. Bomber jackets are definitely a must have this season, they are comfortable, chic and cool. This transitional piece is easily incorporated into a lot of different outfits. The StellaSport bomber jacket is a piece that every “cool girl” would highly appreciate, on a daily basis or while working out. Today, I am wearing it with skinny jeans, a basic white T-shirt and Converse All Star sneakers, the next time I am probably taking it to a run.
