Most of my outfit pieces come from affordable stores (I’m still a student and I need to stay in my budget range or at least make a great bargain). You always have the option to mix them with those more expensive ones and make a fashionale outfit. I did spot some interesting pieces in the New Yorker’s SS13 collection. I’m actually a bit crazy about mint and green color this season, which you probably noticed if you took a quick look at my picks. So, these are definitely on my wishlist!

Denim, pastel colors, b&w combination – striped trousers, I even love clothes in purple… I go crazy when surfing online! I definitely need to try some of these in the store and see how they look on me. I’ll keep you posted if something finds its place in my closet!

I must admit, I don’t have a lot of skin problems. However, due to my modeling work and all the stress that comes along, sometimes a pimple or two appear. I had a chance to try the new product from Vichy – Normaderm Hyaluspot. This invisible gel aims to target and stop spots, so it helps you get rid of any blemish within 48 hours. You can recognise this new Normaderm product by the white and green 15ml packaging. The fluid springs through the cooling metal applicator nozzle. It actually makes some sort of “patch” or better said invisible protective film on the surface of the skin. The formula is enriched with hyaluronic acid; the antibacterial technology (salicylic acid + LHA) fights the appearance of spots.

I’ve used it twice since I got it. The first time I spotted two small blemishes. Gone in 1 one day! However, I also used it on a nasty one. I couldn’t resist the temptation not to squeeze it before applying. Oh, I hate myself for doing that! It leaves an ugly “reminder” – I call it a crater! Anyway, Hyaluspot did its work on this one as well, it dried out, but left a mark (which is 100% my own fault). I can probably say that my skin is rather sensitive, but I haven’t experienced any irritation when using it (as mentioned in some of the reviews). Definetly a product worth trying and adding to the must have make up list!

Last week I had the chance to take a look at the SS13 trends in Galerija Emporium. Oh, those colors, can’t wait for warmer days to make colorful outfits. I have some special pieces on my wishlist as well. I’m really glad I took some time to check out the new collections.

I had a nice chat with Eva Ana from Allaroundeve, Teresa from Teresamisu and Sasha as well. These girls are really great company, we talked mostly about fashion, work and college, during a delicious breakfast in Galerija. If you have some time and money, you’re most definitely going to find something for yourself!

On Wednesday we had an opening of a new MaxMara Weekend store in Emporium. I had the honor to work as one of the models representing the new trends for SS13. The whole collection is fresh, diverse, but yet femmin, elegant and classic. I love the color range – everything from calmer tones to pink and fresh yellow.

There was no usual runway, we posed infront of the MaxMara Weekend layout, and it was just like being on a relaxed and fun photoshoot. I just loved the background music, chic, Parisian, Edith Piaf… It was really nice being a part of such an inspirational and creative event.
