Working as a model gives me many opportunities to feel like a princess and this Moja Poroka photoshoot was just one of them. We shot these photos in one of the most prestigious hotels in Slovenia, the Habakuk. Matjaž Očko, one of the best Slovenian photographers, takes amazing photos, and I had a chance to work with him for the second time now. The first time we shoot the cover (the previous issue). However, I’m not dreaming about my wedding day yet, but wearing an amazing white dress really felt nice. As a model I have the opportunity to wear it every now and then, and I really enjoy the atmosphere on these kind of photoshoots.

Being invited to Anna Karenina movie premiere, I got the chance to be one of the first in Slovenia to se it. You probably heard about the story or at least heard of the name Anna Karenina(being THE Tolstoy’s book). Set in the late 19th century Russia high society, the aristocrat Anna Karenina enters a life-changing affair with Court Vronsky. Talking about the Oscars lately, you probably noticed the film got nominated in 4 categories. I would like to point out Oscar-nominated costume designer Jacqueline Durran. Even those, who criticise the movie, must admit the costumes are amazing!

Jacqueline Durran did an amazing job with the costumes, mixing 1950s couture with Russian aristocracy. The combination of stark architectural elements with exceptional elegance and 1970s silhouette was outstanding. Fur, veils, amazing headpieces, materials and luxurious jewelry blew my mind! She worked with Keira Knightley a few times before (Pride & Prejudice, Atonement etc) and I could say that this time she outdid herself.

The colors outside changed completely, from gray to white all around… Winter has become “winter” with the white blanket and the flakes falling down making it thicker and thicker. Today’s view from the roof top was amazing and luckily my boyfried had a camera with him to make some outfit photos with my new MaxMara coat. I’ve been looking for a camel coat for quite some time now and I finally found one fitting perfectly. It was love at first sight, I just can stop loving the material (virgin wool and angora), the color and the collar “bow”. This coat was actually a gift from my boyfriend’s mother and it fits well with the MaxMara hat I bought myself on sales. Huge “thank you”! Speaking of it, I’m also really grateful for all the support you are getting me, for all the heart-warming comments and emails you are sending me. I’ll keep you posted! I am enjoying blogging a lot and I really push myself on and on to give you something new and interesting. Winter hug to all of you!

Most of the people who know me or meet me regularly, notice I wear a ponytail really often. I realised, I actually haven’t made any outfit posts with it. This one is just everything I love about everyday clothing. I’ve had these Top shop wedges for quite some time now and I just can’t say goodbye, because they are so comfortable. This Nike sweater with lamb leather details is something the “Nike Santa” got me for Christmas (as mentioned before, I am an ambassador of Nike and I was really good last year). The jeans are something special with the different colored sides; black in the front and jeans blue in the back. I spiced the outfit with red lipcolor and vintage ring. All you need to add is a simple warm scarf and you’re ready to go!
