I’m not really a lip gloss person, I just hate the sticky feeling and I always eat it off my lips. Therefore I don’t own many (I like the Dior Addict’s 153 and that is actually the only one I like). I received a LilyLolo one in shade Whisper and first of all I loved the shade, so I was really hoping for this to be the one for me.
What they say at Lily Lolo?
They are promising a non sticky formula with a high gloss shine and a delicious “hint of chocolate” flavour. This natural lipgloss is formulated with nourishing vitamin E and organic jojoba oil to moisturise and condition your lips. The application is smooth with a wand applicator. It comes in 6ml packaging. It is vegetarian friendly (except the shades: English Rose, Bitten Pink, Scandalips, Cocktail). It’s free from harsh chemicals and leaves lips feeling moisturised and glossed to perfection.
What do I say?
Lily Lolo natural lipgloss comes in really nice packaging with a wand sponge applicator. I’m usually a fan of the brush ones, but it’s great as well. I love the shade – it’s a pinky poudery natural looking one (they call it sheer pale dusky pink). It fits me amazingly, it highlights the lips in a natural way. I’d say that Whisper is a perfect shade for blondes, however I can see anyone wearing it. They say it has a chocolate flavour, but I’d say it is more of a Nesquik cocao. When applied on lips it feels soft, light and a bit poudery, not sticky at all. The resistance is medium, it’s not a super lasting one, but I wasn’t even expecting that. I really like this lipgloss as much as the Dior Addict, I like the shade even more.
